Line Cook $14 to $18 per hour
Responsible for both prepping of ingredients for the shift and creating excellent dishes following our outstanding new menu, a line cook position at the Kerry Piper offers the chance to further your career in the restaurant industry while learning from our experienced Executive Chef. Kitchen closes no later than 10pm on the weekend to make for friendly scheduling. Cleanliness and portion control are very important in addition to ability to work at a fast pace and follow detailed recipes to create dishes to match menu ecs.
Previous prep or line cook experience.
English or Spanish accepted, both preferred.
Knowledgeable in food sanitation and proper kitchen etiquette.
Obtain or have a current Illinois Foodhandlers certificate
Ability to stand for entirety of shift and lift up to 50lbs.
